In this setting, everyone sits or lays down on the floor... the gentle sounds of the Tibetan singing bowl are a sendoff. Each person receives a mini "sound healing" with the didjeridu, and enjoys a music meditation of about an hour.
Didgeridoo sound healing is powerful enough, but the Goddess Didj will envelop you in a sacred overtone chord that holds your heart in a place of bliss. Joy brings the healing back from a short visit to the Mayan afterlife ... she travels about the west offering sound healings and bodywork on the table, mat, and in the water (Watsu).
Joy offers a combination of bellydancing, didgeridoo playing, and hula hooping... all while balancing another didj on her head! Turns out bellydance and didgeridoo playing use the same set of muscles! Joy demonstrates how the dance makes the music and the music makes the dance.
